Description: Deeply fluted long stems adorned at the nodes with large (for Russelia) tubular oval flowers. Looks like a tropical but is definitely cold hardy -- collected by Carl Schoenfeld and Wade Roitsch in Tamazunchale, Mexico. Best to protect it with mulch below 15 F.
